Refund Policy

At Scrubsy, your satisfaction matters to us. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to make it right – quickly and fairly. Please read through this policy so you know exactly what to expect.

Refund Eligibility Window

All refund requests must be raised within 14 days of delivery. Requests received after this period will not be eligible for processing. We recommend inspecting your order as soon as it arrives.

What Does Not Qualify for a Refund

We are unable to offer refunds in the following situations:

       Change of mind or personal preference

       Dissatisfaction with product performance based on subjective expectations (e.g., fragrance preference, cleaning intensity)

       Minor wear or scuffing on outer shipping packaging where the product inside is intact and undamaged

       Requests raised after the 14-day eligibility window has passed

       Claims without the required supporting evidence (photos or videos as specified above)

 

We value your feedback, even in these cases. If you’re unhappy with a product’s performance, please write to us – your input directly shapes our product improvements.

How to Request a Refund

Filing a refund request is simple. Just follow these steps:

1.     Contact us within 14 days of delivery via email at [cs@scrubsy.co.in] or through our website’s Contact Us page.

2.     Include your Order ID and a brief description of the issue.

3.     Attach the required evidence (photos or video as outlined in the table above). An unboxing video is highly recommended as it helps us resolve your case faster.

4.     Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.

 

⚠️  Tip: We highly recommend recording an unboxing video every time you receive a Scrubsy order. In the rare event that something is wrong, this makes the resolution process significantly faster and smoother for you.

 

Refund Processing

Once your refund is approved:

       Prepaid orders: Refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

       COD orders: Refund will be processed via UPI. You’ll need to share your UPI details

       You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.   

       Refunds cannot be processed for orders in transit; the status needs to be updated to delivered or RTO in order for us to refund the amount.

       If an order is delivered to you and for some reason you still do not want the product, in that case you will need to ship us the product back on your cost and we will refund only when the product is received by us.

 

Please note that bank processing times may vary. If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days of the confirmation email, please contact us and we’ll investigate immediately.

Replacements

In some cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund. Replacements are subject to stock availability and will be shipped within 3–5 business days of approval. If the same product is unavailable, we’ll offer a full refund instead.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge if the cancellation request is made before the order has been dispatched. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the standard return process outlined above.

 

This policy is effective as of March 2026 and applies to all orders placed through scrubsy.co.in and authorised marketplace channels.

Scrubsy reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page.
